Oysters in Tio Pepe

Ingredients:

6 Clean oysters (keep the shell for presentation)

Prawns

Garlic

1 onion

Chopped Iberian ham

1 glass of Tio Pepe

Chopped mushrooms

Olive oil

Salt

Flour

Seaweed

Bay leaf

 

Preparation:

1º Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and the mushrooms and sauté.

2º Flour the oysters with the flour and salt

3º In another pan, fry the floured oysters. Once fried, add them to the previous pan.

4º Add the Tio Pepe, bay leaf, ham, peeled prawns and seaweed.

5º Let cook for 3 to 4 minutes and present in the oyster shells.

Serve with a well chilled glass of Tio Pepe
