“Salteado chorizero” in Croft
This slightly spicey dish is perfect with a full bodied oloroso such as Alfonso.
500 g. of pork mince
5 chopped garlic cloves
½ glass of Croft
½ spoon of sweet paprika
½ spoon of spicy paprika
1º Put the ground beef in a bowl and season with the garlic, oregano, both types of paprika, salt and a splash of oil.
2º Stir the mixture and let it stand overnight in the fridge.
3º The next day add to a pan olive oil and the meat and sauté. Add the Croft and stir until cooked.
4º Add some fries and it is ready to serve.
